“ I made the common mistake that moms make thinking they have more time than they actually do! I ordered lunch for our daughter and I before hopping in the shower and head to work, and then I realized if I went to go pick it up, I would be running late for work. Unfortunately I didnt choose the delivery option I chose the pick up option I called the store and spoke to the manager Cynthia and explained to her the pickle I was in. Cynthia went out of her way to drop off our lunches so I wouldnt be late for work not only did she do that but she didnt charge me a dime I offered to get her Starbucks gift card or something to compensate for her time and gas and she said no worries! I am still in shock of how great she overexceeded customer service this is what we need more of in the world customer service going above and beyond to make the customers happy. Because of Cynthia I will make sure I only support this location. Thank you so much Cynthia youre an amazing manager. ”

“ Just discovered this place. The staff greets you upon entry and theyre so nice. An employee helped me with menu since I couldnt read the sign. I got the reuben which was really good but didnt have thousand island I think and Ive also tried the french dip which was good. Theyre very clean, fast, and convenient. Theyre a little pricier for sandwiches but appreciate the overall experience and quality. I would recommend it. I think I may dine in one day. ”
